Welcome to the reporting support center for the FTA Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom (NF) programs. This site provides information and guidance for individuals and organizations as they file their annual reports to FTA for the JARC and New Freedom programs.
Reporting for Federal Fiscal Year 2009 is now closed. Reporting began on March 15, 2010, and concluded on May 15, 2010.
